“I serve as an interpreter who helps you communicate your language of love to each other in ways that strengthen your bond and increase your connection.”

How My Journey Shapes My Work

I know what it’s like to feel the weight of expectations—balancing cultural identity, family responsibilities, and the pressure to be perfect. As the eldest child of Sudanese immigrants, I often felt like I had to be everything for everyone, yet I struggled to find a therapist who truly understood my experience. If you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or like you don’t have the space to just be, I see you.

That’s why I became a therapist—to provide the support I once needed. Whether you're navigating generational trauma, identity struggles, anxiety, or relationship challenges, I’m here to help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Through my own healing, I learned to embrace imperfection, trust my intuition, and reclaim my voice. Now, I’m committed to helping you do the same—creating a space where you feel safe, validated, and empowered to heal and grow.

How I Support Your Healing Journey

Healing starts with understanding yourself and your relationships on a deeper level. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, cultural expectations, or past wounds, or you're a couple struggling to communicate and truly hear each other, I provide therapy that honors your story and helps you break free from unhealthy patterns.

For individuals, I create a space where you can release self-doubt, navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and recognize that you are deserving of love and meaningful connections. You don’t have to go through it alone.

For couples, I help you uncover the “why” behind your communication struggles, translating emotional needs into real, actionable changes that bring trust, intimacy, and understanding back into your relationship. Love should feel fulfilling—not frustrating.

Together, we’ll build the foundation for healthy connections, self-trust, and a life where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
