“I serve as an interpreter who helps you communicate your language of love to each other in ways that strengthen your bond and increase your connection.”

How My Journey Shapes My Work

As the eldest child of Sudanese immigrants, I deeply understand the pressures of balancing cultural expectations, perfectionism, and supporting your family. Growing up, I often felt alone and misunderstood, especially when I couldn’t find a therapist who truly grasped my immigrant experience. These challenges fueled my desire to create a safe space for others who feel similarly unseen and unheard. I became a therapist to empower others—whether you're navigating generational trauma, identity struggles, or relationship issues, I’m here to support you in your healing journey.

Through my own therapy, I learned to embrace my imperfections and trust my intuition. I discovered that I wasn’t alone in this journey, and now I’m committed to helping you connect with your authentic self while deepening your relationships with others. I aim to be the therapist I couldn’t find, creating a space where you can fully express your unique experiences and find healing.

How I Support Your Healing Journey

My approach to therapy is all about facilitating a deeper connection to your true self and helping you build healthier relationships. Whether you're an individual working through anxiety or a couple navigating communication issues, I provide culturally attuned therapy that honors your story. I guide you in embracing your worthiness of love, connection, and growth.

For couples, I help uncover the “why” behind your communication patterns, translating your emotional needs into actions that strengthen your bond. Together, we’ll work toward a relationship where love, trust, and understanding thrive.
