As a therapist, I serve as your advocate, offering you a blank canvas to reimagine yourself so that you can live the life you have always dreamed of.”

How My Journey Shapes My Work

I remember feeling isolated during my postpartum experience, unsure of how to navigate my new identity as a mom, while struggling with intimacy issues and sexuality. There wasn’t enough space for me to be open about the real difficulties of becoming a parent, and I found myself bottling up emotions instead of asking for support. My journey through these vulnerable moments is what inspired me to explore deeper healing through therapy, especially for women navigating parenthood and intimacy issues.

While soul-searching, I discovered the transformative power of art therapy, which helped me reconnect with my creativity and authenticity. This passion for healing through art eventually led me to become an art therapist. After having my first child during graduate school, I pursued additional training in sex therapy to better support perinatal women and help couples navigate the challenging transition into parenthood—together.

How I Support Your Healing Journey

In both individual and couples therapy, I focus on helping you navigate life’s difficult transitions—whether that’s adjusting to parenthood, resolving intimacy issues, or finding balance in your relationships. I use art therapy as a way to help you express emotions that are often pushed aside, guiding you to experience the love and healing you truly deserve.

For couples, I work to strengthen your communication, increase sexual intimacy, and help you meet each other halfway in your partnership. I serve as your advocate, offering you a blank canvas to reimagine yourself and your relationship so that you can create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
